Gallery: Prajitura cu fulgi de porumb

Ingrediente pentru 4 portii:

  • 200 g margarina Rama (eventual cu aroma de vanilie);
  • 3/4 cana de zahar;
  • 250 g curmale;
  • 1 punga de fulgi de porumb de 250 g.

Preparare:

Se freaca spuma margarina cu zaharul. Se adauga curmalele taiate marunt si se freaca in continuare, pana cand se obtine o compozitie deasa(ca mamaliga). Se incorporeaza fulgii de porumb. Se toarna compozitia intr-o tava de chec tapetata cu celofan sau folie alimentara. Se pune la frigider. Se serveste taiata felii.
